Dress Code

Students are allowed to wear the black "Desert Heights Coyotes" t-shirt in lieu of the polo shirt on spirit days. P.E. days, and for field trips  Please refer to the handbook for additional information.

Boys

Shoes     

• Closed toed and closed heel shoes.
• Shoes may tie, velcro, snap, buckle or zip.
• Appropriate shoes for P.E. Are required.
• No Heelys allowed.

Socks     

• White

• Burgundy

*Navy blue socks will be acceptable through May 2013.

Belts

• Kindergarten through Second Grade – Optional.
• Third through Fifth Grade – Mandatory.

Sweaters/Jackets

• When temperatures are below 75 degrees students may wear a plain Burgundy, Navy or White sweater or sweatshirt over their uniform shirt.
• Only the school logo is permitted.
• Winter coats and jackets worn for outside activities only must be free of offensive slogans or insignias.
